135 European participants joined 30 virtual sessions located on five islands in a virtual world. Novel session formats allowed for an interactive exchange/dialogue combined with impulses and contributions by expert speakers, while topics were focused on the three key drivers of the personal care industry: ethics/sustainability, diversity/individualization and smart technology.
